Since 2017, our journey has been about more than opening restaurants — it has been about friendship, partnership, and a shared love of bringing people together through food.

It began with Bombay Blue Indian Bistro, where the three of us built something together around the flavors and hospitality we love. Over the years, we shared challenges, celebrated milestones, and dreamed about what we could create next.

That dream became FIRDOS – Middle Eastern & American Kitchen.

FIRDOS comes from our love for Middle Eastern food and the warmth that surrounds it — a table filled with food, family, friends, conversation, and laughter. We wanted to bring that feeling together with the familiar comfort of American cuisine, creating a place that feels welcoming from brunch through dinner.

From fresh mezze and shawarma to char-grilled kebabs, seafood, burgers, and brunch favorites, our menu reflects our journey: different flavors, different inspirations, coming together at one table.
